Offset Printing
One of the best way to print something is offset printing. We have six presses and four pressmen which means faster turnaround with no excuses. We offer brilliant full-color (also called four-color process), as well as one-five color printing. ABC has three Heidelberg presses are largest being a 19" x 25.5" five color. We can print your 4 color process job and varnish it in line saving you time and money or use the fifth unit to print your special pms color. With our chemical free direct to plate system we are printing up to 200 line screens for better quality on every piece. With the right artwork we can make your printed pieces come alive.
Offset printing has many advantages over digital printing. With offset printing we use oil based inks that absorb into the paper, where if you were to do a digital printing job the toner lays on top of the paper. This give offset printing a better look and helps with cracking when you fold it. Offset printing is also a much faster process when printing longer runs. With a faster run time we can lower the prices of offset printing to be much less then digital printing for longer runs.
Spot Colors or pms color matches are something that the offset printing press can do that the digital presses can not. At ABC we can produce your pms color in house which will give you a consistent color match on every piece.
